Staybridge Suites Omaha West by IHG

The location was great—central to all the places we planned to visit. The property itself was clean and updated, the staff were SO friendly and accommodating! We invited family to the hotel to let cousins swim together and grown-ups chat or play cards. The den (small room adjacent to the breakfast area) was available and perfect for us! I was surprised to find out that coffee, soda and hot cocoa would be available, complimentary, for us as well! We would definitely try to stay here again for future visits to Omaha.

I purchased the hotel stay as a wedding gift for my brother and his wife. The staff put chocolates in the room, gave a special room key and put up streamers. They were pleasantly surprised and I was very happy that the staff not only honored my request but made their stay extra special.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean.

Excellent customer service. Diamond at the front desk & Margy working on the breakfast were friendly, professional & went out 9f the way to help me & my mother! Would definitely come back again!

Location was right next to my place of work so it was very convenient. There were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. I enjoyed having a fridge. I never got breakfast but there seemed like there were plenty of options.
